PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lower a vehicle height by maintaining the irregular part overcoming performance of wheels with a relatively large diameter having the irregular part overcoming performance. SOLUTION: The wheels 1 and 21 with the relatively large diameter are used aslant near the horizontal level. The areas of the wheels on the side face sides are used as ground contact faces. To receive a relatively light weight, the horizontal wheels are manufactured rather rigidly and the load is directly supported by an axle. To receive a relatively heavy load, the horizontal wheels are installed through thrust bearings.
