PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter for the inlet of a flexible container bag, which is easy to attach or remove, does not damage a flexible container bag, and is easy to store. SOLUTION: According to the adapter (1), a cylinder or polygonal cylinder (3) is set vertically on one surface of a plate (2) having a circular or polygonal opening, to which the cylinder (3) is fitted. A plurality of toggle clamps (4) are arranged on the part of the plate that surrounds the cylinder or polygonal cylinder to clamp-hold the inlet of the flexible container bag around the cylinder or polygonal cylinder in a removable manner.
