PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a register for air blowoff adjustment capable of favorably pop-up-actuating a register main body without making a projected member such as an operation knob installed on a front movable louver in an air blowoff port of the register main body, etc. interfere with an opening edge part of a panel. SOLUTION: The register main body 1 is arranged free to revolve between a projected position projecting the air blowoff port 20 on the panel 2 and a storing position storing it in the panel. A cylindrical retainer 5 is arranged in the air blowoff port 20, the front movable louver 21 is arranged on a front part in the retainer 5 and the operation knob 23 is projected forward and mounted on the movable louver 21. The cylindrical retainer 5 is arranged free to move in the longitudinal direction, the retainer 5 moves backward in the register main body 1 when the register main body 1 revolves to the storing side from the projected position and the retainer 5 moves forward in the register main body 1 when the register main body 1 revolves to the projected side from the storing position.
