PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce wind noise generated at a corner portion formed near a rear end edge portion in a cover without increasing cost. SOLUTION: Near the rear end edge portion 14A on an outer peripheral surface 20 of the cover 14, the corner portion 30 that is an engaging portion between an engaging groove 26 of the cover 14 and an engaging portion 24 of a visor 16 is formed. A ridgeline portion 32 is formed along the corner portion 30, in a part before the corner portion 30 on the outer peripheral surface 20 of the cover 14. An air flow flowing along the outer peripheral surface 20 of the cover 14 is detached from the outer peripheral surface 20, and prevented from being attached on the outer peripheral surface 20 of the cover 14 again.
