PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a multilayer injection molding apparatus which can produce a high-quality resin multilayer molded product by improving a screw stop position accuracy in the injection apparatus in multilayer injection molding. SOLUTION: When a screw stop position is set in a control device, a profile, in which the screw is stopped in the set position, is prepared in the control device. Closed control is conducted while feedbacking screw position data to the control device. The profile is prepared by calculating a shortest time, required up to the screw stops after the receipt of a stop signal, and deceleration for stopping in the shortest time based on stored data.
