PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preform cooling device 12 which can quickly insert an injection-molded preform 36 in a cooling means while performing gate cutting. SOLUTION: A housing part 61c has a second opening part 61d provided to its lower end, which protrudes the gate part 36d formed at the bottom part 36c of the preform 36 from the housing part 61c.
