PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sebum adhesion inhibiting method of a cosmetic tool and a cosmetic tool, which make it possible to prevent deterioration of cleanliness and beauty by inhibiting adhesion of sebum. SOLUTION: In the sebum adhesion inhibiting method of the cosmetic tool, the surface of a cosmetic tool body formed of an aluminum material is polished, and thereafter alumite treating is applied so that a sebum adhesion inhibiting layer is formed. The alumite treating is performed two or more times. The sebum adhesion inhibiting layer is composed of a film formed by coating powder by using a transparent paint. The powder homogeneously contains an ion emission component emitting ions such as Ag ions, Cu ions on the surface of glass particles in a stable form. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
