FLUID MACHINE WITH VARIABLE GUIDE DEVICE FOR IMPROVING COST EFFICIENCY

PURPOSE: A fluid machine with a variable guide device is provided to cut down the software development cost for different machines based on a theoretical analysis of a flow pattern established by a test without judging operation characteristics of each product of the fluid machine. CONSTITUTION: In a fluid machine having an inlet guide vane(6) and an impeller(2), an operation control method of the fluid machine is composed of a first step for computing change ratio for the flow of pressure ratio in an inlet and an outlet of the impeller based on a data obtained in operating the fluid machine and a second step for controlling the angle of the inlet guide vane if the change ratio exceeds a predetermined limit value and controlling RPM(Revolution per Minute) of the impeller to make a head as a value required for the fluid machine if the change ratio is not over the predetermined limit value.
