NOZZLE FOR A VERTICAL ONCE-THROUGH REACTOR

The invention relates to internal devices of a reactor for processing in a gas-liquid medium. The inventive nozzle comprises perforated baffles and closed from the bottom contact devices which are fixed to a horizontal support grid by the top ends thereof. Said contact device consists of vertical drop and lifting elements. The drop elements are embodied in such a way that they are closed from the top and provided with liquid and gas input holes which are arranged on the side surface of the top part thereof. The lifting elements are provided with holes on the support grid for a gas-liquid mixture exit. Said contact devices are embodied in the form of linear blocks which are formed by equal quantities of drop and lifting elements. The elements are formed by a tightly connected vertical plate and corrugated walls which are fixed to the support grid. The corrugations are vertically arranged and the tops thereof are disposed symmetrically with respect to the vertical plate which is provided with a perforation connecting the drop and lifting elements. Said drop and lifting elements are alternately arranged in each linear block.
