A process for dispersion of juicy fruits includes loading a portion of raw material prepared for dispersion into practically vertical round inside flow device which by the bottom part through suction tube and by the top part through discharge outlet with means of excitation of cavitation is connected to the pump filling with the fluid medium of at least suction tube and a cavity of the pump, dispersion of raw material by flushing suspension in recycling contour with cavitation thereof and concomitant heating of a flow before input to the flow device and spiral twisting of the flow inside of the device, decontamination and unloading product for prepackaging and corking. For decrease in probability of thermal-oxidative degradation of nutrients the suspension inside of the device is twisted in a spiral and fed to recycling contour through the central aperture at the bottom of the device. Decontamination begins not later the moment of emergence of axisymmetric cone in the mass of twirled suspension, and after achievement of the set temperature in all mass of suspension recirculation is stopped and product is unloaded. A device for realization of the method has the flow device, which area of cross-section decreases from top to down, and a through aperture in the bottom part for connection of the flow device to suction tube of the pump.
