<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a material capable of easily, massively and safely separating and recovering two or more kinds of specified cells, especially a column which recovers two or more kinds of specified cells useful for treatment by utilizing the interaction of surface antigens such as hematopoietic stem cells, neural stem cells, vascular endothelial precursor cells, multipotential stem cells, dendritic cells, B cells and T cells present in human blood and cord blood and ligands. <P>SOLUTION: This ligand fixed column includes a ligand fixed material composed of two or more kinds of the ligands and a base material for fixing the ligands.
