<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device and a PTP packaging machine which can deal with tablets of various shapes and sizes. <P>SOLUTION: A tablet 2 supplied from a supply chute 23 to a storage recess 33 of a second rotary drum 22 is transferred to a first rotary drum 21 and carried while being sucked to a storage pocket 29. Rotation of the first rotary drum 21 is controlled while aligning the position of the tablet 2 with the position of a pocket 9 of a container film 10, and the tablet 2 is filled into the pocket 9. The outer diameter of the first rotary drum 21 and an interval between storage pockets 29 are structured to be equal to the outer diameter of the second rotary drum 22 and the interval between storage recesses 33. By forming the diameters and the intervals of the pockets 29 and the recesses 33 within appropriate ranges, the filling device 11 can deal with the tablets 2 of various shapes and sizes. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
