<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building having a solar battery integrated roof unit remarkably reduced in a construction cost, adaptable to maintenance peculiar to a solar battery, preventive in a mistake in construction due to complicated wiring work, and reduced in a material cost by reducing the number of wiring members. <P>SOLUTION: In a roof unit, a plurality of solar battery integrated type roof boards having bent parts on two opposite sides are disposed adjacent to each other with a gap on a bar-like fixed member, and the solar battery integrated roof boards are fixed on the fixed member by a fixture removably mounted in the gap, and previously grouped.
