<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor, image processing method and image processing program for preventing a confidential document from being leaked outside a company by copying and facsimile. <P>SOLUTION: This image processor has an initial parameter setting means 13 for detecting the confidential document, a tint block pattern extracting means 14 for extracting from an image a tint block pattern embedded in a background image of the image, a storing means 15 for storing a tint block pattern for output inhibition, and a pattern coincidence detecting means 16 for comparing the tint block pattern extracted by the tint block pattern extracting means with the tint block pattern for output inhibition to detect the coincidence of the both patterns. In addition, the image processor is provided with an output processing inhibiting means for inhibiting output processing of image data by an outputting means when the coincidence of the both patterns is detected, an output status presenting means 18 for presenting an output inhibition status, an output inhibition status release receiving means 19 for receiving an output inhibition status release, and an output inhibition status releasing means 20 for releasing the output inhibition status when the output inhibition status release is received. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
