<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a peripheral nerve in intervention of a percutaneous coronary artery and the peripheral nerve. <P>SOLUTION: This peripheral nerve protective double lumen catheter forms a tubular body structure composed of two lumens, and a guide wire is constituted so that a second lumen is connected to a suction device by passing through a first lumen.
