<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly fix a casing for storing an air bag module to an instrument panel without causing a shrinkage in the hard instrument panel. <P>SOLUTION: A seamless air bag lid 13 is formed in the hard resin instrument panel 10. On the other hand, a front defroster duct 20 comprises an extension part 25 extending rearward toward a front passenger's seat. An opening corresponding to the air bag lid 13 is formed in the extension part 25, and the part of the extension part 25 near the opening is fused, in surface contact state, to the rear surface of the instrument panel 10. A plurality of fusing boss parts 27 are formed near the opening, and a mounting piece part 45 formed at the opening edge of the casing 40 is fixedly fused to the fusing boss part 27.
