<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a quick arrival to a parked car by managing a parking position of a customer and guiding to the parking position. <P>SOLUTION: The user obtains information on the parking position by photographing a two-dimensional bar code set at the parking position by a user terminal 2. And information included in the two-dimensional bar code is obtained by analyzing the two-dimensional bar code, then a surrounding map, which indicates a layout of a parking lot, is displayed on a display part 23 of the user terminal 2.
