摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correcting method of a short-circuited defective part of the organic display panel electrode by removing the defective part by irradiating a YAG laser beam, which can correct the defective part without damaging its lower layer. <P>SOLUTION: In order to remove the defective part without damaging its lower layer made of an electrode material corresponding to the electrode material, a wave length and an output condition of the YAG laser are grasped in advance, and when removing the electrode material, the defective part is removed by irradiating the YAG laser with the grasped wavelength and output condition corresponding to the electrode material.
