PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outsole structure capable of responding to a plurality of foot lengths. SOLUTION: The outsole structure 1 is constructed of the front foot side outsole located 20 in the front foot portion F of a shoe 1 and the rear foot side outsole 21 arranged in a rear foot portion R extending from a heel portion H to a middle foot portion M of the shoe 1 and whose forward end portion 21a is arranged overlapping with the rearward end 20a of the front foot side outsole 20 and whose heel portion has a heel counter portion 22. In this case, the whole length of the outsole structure 1 can be varied by varying the overlap length of the front foot side outsole 20 and the rear foot side outsole 21, and it is possible to respond to the plurality of foot lengths.
