PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system for preventing an illegal copy of visual contents from being used. SOLUTION: From a contaminated content distribution apparatus 1 having a contamination part 3 for contaminating the visual contents by a contamination scheme using a blur part 7 or a contamination scheme using a luminance conversion part 8 and a distribution part 4 for distributing the visual contents contaminated by the contamination part 3 as contaminated contents, the contaminated contents are distributed to a contaminated content utilization device 2, and a display part 6 of the contaminated content utilization device 2 uses the contaminated contents without excluding contamination from the distributed contaminated contents to display the contaminated contents in the same state as the state of displaying visual contents which are not contaminated apparently, so that the illegal copy of the original visual contents is prevented from being used.
