PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce harmful exhaust gases such as carbon dioxide, black smoke in exhaust gas, particulate substances, and nitrogen oxides, reduce the fuel cost and power cost of cars and vehicles, and increase the operating performance thereof by increasing the power of an engine. SOLUTION: In this method of driving the vehicle, an electromagnetic clutch is engaged with a tire to operate the clutch when a brake pedal is depressed, an air compressor is rotated by the rotating force of the rotating propeller shaft of the vehicle to produce pressure air and store in a pressure tank. When an accelerator pedal is depressed, an electromagnetic valve is opened to drive an air motor fixed to the drive shaft of the engine through one-way rotating clutch. By using this driving force of the air motor as an auxiliary power in combination with the main power of the engine, a kinetic energy lost by the braking of the vehicle is recovered to recycle it as a drive force.
