PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary device capable of lightening a burden exerted on an arm in the case of performing stable photographing while holding a camera for a long time. SOLUTION: The photographing auxiliary tool is constituted of a horizontal level plate part on which the elbow of a holder holding the camera is put, and a vertical plate part for dispersing a supporting point for changing force in a perpendicular direction exerted on the level plate part from the elbow holding the camera to force in a horizontal direction and the force in the horizontal direction to a holder's body, and its shape is L-shaped or sideways T-shaped.
