PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image layouting device capable of overlapping a plurality of images automatically avoiding an attractive area of one image from being hidden by another image. SOLUTION: The image layouting device 100 comprises an attractive area calculation means 103 that calculates an attractive area of an image A to be overlapped behind another image B and a layouting means 106 that implements layouting so that the attractive area of the image A is not hidden by the image B.
