PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium of surface light incident type having a reflective layer of which the surface roughness, hardness and reflectivity are satisfactorily secured at the same time. SOLUTION: The information recording medium of surface light incident type is characterized in that the reflective layer containing Ag-Cu alloy and a magneto-optical recording layer are provided in this order on at least one surface of a support.
