PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-side precoated aluminum plate excellent in antistatic capacity and design properties, effectively preventing the development of the crack of a coating film, the peeling of the coating film or the like at the time of press processing even if pigment is contained and realizing excellent moldability, and a method for advantageously performing press processing using the double-side precoated aluminum plate. SOLUTION: A lubricating coating film 20, which comprises an organic resin coating film (undercoating layer 16) containing no pigment and a pigment-containing organic resin coating film (topcoating layer 18), is formed on one surface of an aluminum plate 12 and a conductive coating film 24, which comprises an organic resin coating containing a conductive substance, is formed on the other surface thereof.
