PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery capable of smoothly inserting an electrode group into an outer case even for the structure of tightly storing the electrode group by reducing a dead space between the outer case and the electrode group by improving the shape of lead terminals connected to the electrode located at the outermost turn of the electrode group. SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery has a structure of winding a positive electrode, a negative electrode and a separator interposed between the electrodes, and stores the electrode group having the lead terminals extending outward connected to the positive electrode and the negative electrode respectively in the outer case together with the nonaqueous electrolytic solution. At least a surface of the lead terminal connected to the electrode at one side located at the outermost turn of the electrode group, opposite to the surface connected to the electrode at one side, is curved in convex shape at the part connected to the electrode at one side.
