PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice interactive control device which enables a control object device to be controlled in a voice interactive system without malfunction by an external telephone set. SOLUTION: When a key input part 112 is used to input an external recognition request command in such a state that speech with the external telephone set is possible, an interactive control part 106 is operated in accordance with a preliminarily determined interactive scenario, and a voice synthesizing part 108 outputs a prescribed guidance and transmits it to the external telephone set through a speech means. When a voice signal from the external telephone set is received, the voice signal is recognized by a voice recognition part 105, and the interactive control part 106 controls a navigation device 107 in the interactive system on the basis of the recognition result.
