PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix a pair of legs to both ends of a handle body without using a screw or an adhesive. SOLUTION: In the fixing of a pair of elbows 3 at both ends of a grip 2, coupling shafts 9 wherein eccentric ring mounting grooves 9c are formed are integrally provided at both the ends of the grip 2; an eccentric ring 10 is mounted in the groove 9c of the coupling shaft 9; the coupling shaft 9 on which the eccentric ring 10 is mounted is fitted into the hollow part of the elbow 3; and the elbow 3 is turned 3 in a prescribed direction in this state so as to be fastened and fixed to the grip 2.
