摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepped reamer superior in chip discharge performance, and superior in work efficiency. SOLUTION: This reamer is formed by installing a cutting edge tip 12 on the outer peripheral side of a reamer body 5. The reamer body 5 forms a stepped constitution having a cutting edge part more than two stages being smallest in a diameter of a tip cutting edge part 6 and largest in a diameter of a cutting edge part 9 position in a place most distant from the tip in the axis O direction. Plural strips of chip discharge grooves 11 extending in the axis O direction from the tip of the reamer body 5 over the respective stages are formed at an interval in the peripheral direction on the outer periphery of these cutting edge parts. The cutting edge tip 12 is arranged by one on the tip outer peripheral side of one groove in these chip discharge grooves 11 in one cutting edge part. The cutting edge tip 12 arranged in the partial cutting edge part among these parts is arranged in the chip discharge groove 11 different from the cutting edge tip 12 arranged in the other cutting edge part.
