PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mailing list preparing device for automatically preparing a mailing list to the destination of a person in charge associated with a predetermined job without preliminarily registering a database. SOLUTION: This mailing list preparing device is provided with a retrieving part 12 for retrieving a person in charge associated with a job designated by a job managing part 11 from a database 1, and for retrieving the mail address of the person in charge to prepare a mailing list by referring to the retrieval result of the retrieving part 12. Thus, it is possible to automatically prepare the mailing list to the destination of the person in charge associated with the predetermined job without preliminarily registering the mailing list in the database 1.
