PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition having balanced dimensional stability, impact resistance and rigidity and excellent electrical properties such as conductivity and antistatic property. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic composition is composed of (a) a crystalline thermoplastic resin, (b) an amorphous thermoplastic resin heterogeneously miscible with the component (a), (c) a rubbery resin heterogeneously miscible with the components (a) and (b), and (d) a conductive substance.
