PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod-like member delivering device, in which a spiral groove 1A can be readily machined on a barrel 1 and assembling properties can be improved, and which can be produced at low costs. SOLUTION: A spiral groove 1A is formed on the rear part peripheral surface of the barrel 1 and a cutting groove 1B extending in the longitudinal direction is formed. A rod-like member holder 2 having a holding part 2D to hold the rod-like member is constituted so as to be slidable in the longitudinal direction but not rotatable relative to the barrel 1. Furthermore, an operation member 5 which forms a projecting part 5B on the inner face is made so as to be rotatable relative to the rod-like member holder 2, and so as to be moved in the longitudinal direction interlocked with the rod-like member holder 2. The projecting section 5B of the operation member 5 is engaged with the spiral groove 1A of the barrel 1 to rotate the operation member 5, causing the rod-like member to advance.
