PRODUCTION PROCESS OF POLYMERIC NANO-COMPOSITES

A production process of plastic mixtures for making containers, especially bottles, where nano-composite powder is added to a polymer in order to increase the impermeability of the containers to gas exchanges. The process comprises a stage where the polymer is mixed with substances such as clay, talc, or oxygen scavengers; then, the mixture is ground until it reaches manometric dimensions; and, finally, the mixture is mixed with the same pure polymer.
