The marks (23) are formed of a coloring material deposited on the outer surface (5a). The coating layer (6) is formed on the marks (23) and on the outer surface (5a). The coating layer (6) is made of PVA. The thickness of the coating material (6) of PVA is not less than 0.02 mm and not more than 0.22 mm.</p>
