摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device for a hybrid solar heat collecting panel provided with a component loading rack cooled immediately after heating. <P>SOLUTION: The component loading rack 22 is lifted up by a support pin 47 from a heated hot plate 43. A cooling pipe 24 made of a material with favorable thermal conductivity such as a copper pipe is inserted through an interior of the rack 22. When a water supply pipe 26 and a drain pipe 27 are inserted in connectors 25a and 25b, and cooling water is passed through a water passing pipe 24, the jig can be forcibly cooled. Since grooves 28, 31 and 42, and a recessed part 29 are provided on a surface and a rear face of the rack 22 to enlarge a heat radiating area and reduce heat capacity, cooling time can be shortened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p>
