<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the capacity of a fuel tank without decreasing the size of a cabin and increasing the overall height of a vehicle in a fuel cell electric vehicle in which a fuel cell and the fuel tank are arranged under the floor of the cabin. <P>SOLUTION: Hydrogen tanks 6a and 6b as the fuel tanks of the fuel cell 2 are arranged under the floor of the cabin and under a seat. When the seat comprises a front seat 14 and a rear seat 15, one hydrogen tank 6a is disposed under the front seat 14 and the other hydrogen tank 6b is disposed under the rear seat 15.
