<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet ink composition which has excellent storage stability, hardly clogs ink jet nozzles, can realize the stable discharging of the ink over a long period, and can be produced without passing through a complicated purification process. <P>SOLUTION: This yellow ink jet ink composition comprising at least a yellow organic pigment PY138, a PY138 derivative, and water is characterized in that the PY138 derivative has a sulfonic group salt-bonded to an alkali ion and that the rate of water occupying in all solvents is ≥50 wt. %. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
