<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for ink jet recording which realizes suppress of stain, especially suppress of stain between colors while high light fastness, high waterproof and high speed printing are satisfied and to provide an ink jet recording apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The method and apparatus for ink jet recording discharge ink onto a recording medium from a recording head according to an electric signal and record an image of resolution exceeding 300 dpi by one time of head scanning.
