PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy plate whose product yield is high, which has excellent rectangular DI formability of a thin plate, and has excellent pulse laser weldability. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy plate has a composition consisting of, by weight, 0.10-0.60% Si, 0.20-0.60% Fe, 0.10-0.70% Cu, 0.60-1.50% Mn, 0.20-1.20% Mg, >0.12 to <0.20% Zr, 0.05-0.25% Ti, 0.0010-0.02% B, and≤0.35% Cr as necessary, and the balance Al with inevitable impurities, and the 45°earing part in the rolling direction by a cylindrical container deep-drawing method is 4-7%.
