PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a means for optimizing power supply output control of each load output terminal with a simple configuration by ensuring that a load of a control system fed among each operation of raising and lowering a power supply normally operates in temporarily stopping the power supply to the load of a driving system and the control system. SOLUTION: An energy saving signal from an apparatus body outputs an OFF signal to a first switching FET 8 through an ON/OFF control circuit 7, and an output for driving drops from 24V to 0V in shifting to an energy saving mode. A second switching FET 9 which receives the output as a control signal, turns off when it drops to a predetermined value, and an output 5V for control as well drops. The output for control maintains an operating potential 5V by the dropping operation when the output for driving supplies an active power to the load, therefore there occurs no interference on the control of a drive system, thus stabilizing the system.
