PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make more conveniently performable a video recording using a plurality of video photographing devices, than in the conventional method. SOLUTION: A video photographing device 1 being a master machine has a transmission and reception function and a control function of the system as a whole, and video photographing devices 2, 3, ..., (n) being slave machines have a transmission and reception function. The master machine 1 transmits synchronous data for taking time synchronization and each slave machine 2, 3, ..., (n) performs photographing while the time synchronization between the master machine and the slave machines is taken in accordance with the received synchronous data.
