PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operating device in which switch operation becomes superior by suppressing positioning drift of a rotating type switch in installing the rotating type switch on a circuit board. SOLUTION: In the operating device provided with a pushing type switch 18 installed on the front face side of the circuit board 3 and having a moving part 26, a rotating type switch 19 equipped with a body of rotation 28 arranged on the rear face side of the circuit board 3 and having a switch hole 22 and equipped with a frame 29 to retain the body of rotation 28, a rotation shaft 23 to be inserted into the switch hole 22 through a through hole 21 of the circuit board 3 and to rotation-operate the body of rotation 28, a pressure part 24 which carries out thrust operation of the moving part 26, and a coil spring 25 arranged on the circuit board 3 in the surrounding of the rotation shaft 23 and to repulsion-drive the pressure part 24 to the anti-pushing side, the through hole 21 is made to be larger in diameter than the switch hole 22, and a protrusion part 33 formed at the frame 29 is made to be fitted into the through hole 21.
