PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for tires with both of wet-skid resistance and fuel economy balanced well. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for tires comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. of an organic rubber, (B) 0.1-50 pts. wt. of silicone/vinyl polymer composite rubbery particles, (C) 5.0-150 pts. wt. of a silica filler, and optionally (D) 0.1-200 pts. wt. of carbon black.
