PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chip case capable of re-affixing and re-using a label to seal the chip case and easily determining the unsealing. SOLUTION: In the chip case 1 comprising a case body 2 of box shape having an opening part in one main surface having a space to accommodate a plurality of throw-away chips inside thereof, and a lid body 3 to cover the opening part of the case body 2, the case body 2 and the lid body 3 are securely sealed by a substantially rectangular label 5 with a back side thereof formed of a seal member, a remaining portion 7 which is a part of the label 5 is left behind on the chip case 1 in a remark and a pattern of letters, numerals, symbols or the like when peeling the label 5, and the chip case 1 is securely sealed by the re-affixing label 5.
