METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING TONER, DEVELOPING APPARATUS, PROCESS CARTRIDGE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing apparatus which can stably maintain the electrification property for a long period of time and can suppress surface fogging or toner scattering over aging.

SOLUTION: The developing apparatus 74 is equipped with a developing sleeve 76 which carries a developer from a developer housing container to a developing part and with a developer amount regulating member 78 which regulates the amount of the developer on the developing sleeve 76. The developer housing container contains the developer comprising a toner and a carrier having a coating layer containing an acrylic resin as at least a binder resin on the surface of the core material. The amount of the developer carried on the developer sleeve 76 is controlled to a half or less of the whole developer amount in the developing apparatus 74.
