<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom apparatus capable of washing all of piping to a water supply port well by a normal piping washing method and constructing the water supply port within the construction range of a unit bath. <P>SOLUTION: This bathroom apparatus is provided with an intake 3 that can suck remaining warm water in a bathtub 2, and a circulating line 8 composed of going and returning piping 9a, 9b, 10 for connecting the intake 3 to a water heater 5 with a reheating function.
