PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method applicable to any execution parts and grounds by using a small-sized soil purification device for accurately purifying contaminated soil at an original position at a low cost, and its hardening material. SOLUTION: In the soil purification method using a jet grout method, by jetting the slurry of a cement based hardening material containing cement components and artificial zeolite by a super high pressure to the ground containing contaminants, the ground is cut. Also, by mixing it with the cement based hardening material slurry, the contaminants are adsorbed to the artificial zeolite and then a cement based solidified body is formed.
