PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery with improved installation nature on a device by improving the flexibility, capable of maintaining cycle property and discharge rate property while reducing the weight. SOLUTION: The battery comprises an electrode group composed of a positive electrode 2, a negative electrode 4, and a separator 3, and the outer case member at least having the outer case wall 11 made of rubber to house the electrode group.
