PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a system, mainly durability of a control device for a solenoid valve or the like by reducing as much as possible the number of times of change of heat exchange mode of an outdoor heat exchanger. SOLUTION: This air conditioner system formed by connecting an outdoor unit with a built-in compressor and a plurality of built-in outdoor heat exchangers to a plurality of indoor units with built-in indoor heat exchangers to control the outdoor heat exchanger in response to an air conditioning request load of the indoor unit is provided with an operation learning means for learning operation within the predetermined period of a plurality of indoor units and a control means for controlling at least one of selection of operation mode of the outdoor heat exchanger and a change of operation capacity thereof on the basis of a result of learning obtained by the operation learning means.
