DISK CLAMPING DEVICE AND DISK UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk clamping device which can easily detach and attach a disk on a turntable and a disk unit equipped with the disk clamping device. SOLUTION: The disk clamping device has a mounting surface 11a on which the disk 21 is mounted. The device is equipped with; a freely rotatable turntable 11; a mount 12, pawls 13 and springs 14 which are prepared on the turntable 11 and hold the disk 21 by pressing it to a hole 21a prepared at the center of the disk 21; elastic sheets 15 prepared at a part of the mounting surface 11a; through holes 16 and hood members 17 which are prepared in the turntable 11 of a back face of the elastic sheet 15 and generate negative pressure for the disk 21 mounted on the mounting surface 11a with the rotation of the turntable 11.
